From directing comprehensive project life cycles and fortifying client relationships to hiring top-performance staff and administering project budgets, my background has consistently been characterized by my steadfast dedication to streamlining operations and achieving corporate objectives while containing costs. I offer proven success in generating budgets and revenue streams to hit yearly projections and boost revenue through cost savings, workflow process refinement, and new business development to deliver bottom line productivity and profit margins.
With an exemplary understanding of Scope management, Custom Software Implementations, Systems Engineering, Software & Hardware SDLC, Enterprise-wide Implementations, Sprint (Scrum) Planning & Execution, FDA, EPA, OFAC Compliance and Vendor Management, I currently manage multiple, simultaneous “BAU” projects with Business Lines (BLs), Financial Intelligence (FIU), and Economic Sanction (ES) adjudication to initiate, scope, schedule, and implement solutions using Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies.
I have been able to create a reputation of surpassing financial and service objectives by producing high-quality deliverables that exceeds timeline and budgetary targets, incorporating an open-minded leadership style that encourages excellent work ethic within teams, and successfully leading all phases of diverse multifaceted-multimillion-dollar technology projects.
My experience spans companies and business units at various stages of growth. This is evidenced, as I have previously managed a portfolio of 32 business-critical security platforms that include physical access systems, site monitoring/alarms, and disaster event tracking for US operations (retail and corporate) on contract for Bank of America. At CDI LLC, I also managed over 72 (Fixed Price and T&M) projects across 36 unique clients, averaging 6 to 10 projects in parallel within a 15-month duration, and an overall quarterly labor budget of $281k (2.9 FTEs). Here also, I managed 29 Fixed Price projects (40%) accounted for $1.04MM (46%) of overall portfolio; 18 projects completed under 90% of budget and only two exceeded budget, both within 5%.
